Garage Cleaning and Organization 3-Hours

Service Description

Our rate is $139 per hour, plus a one-time $49 fuel fee. You only pay for the actual time spent, down to the minute. Secure your date today with a $100 deposit. The remaining balance is collected on-site after your garage raid via credit card, Klarna, or Affirm. Our garage raid process: 1. We set up tables on your driveway, remove all items from the garage, and sort everything into clear categories for review. 2. We review items with you to identify what you'd like to keep, donate, or discard, and set aside trash and donation piles based on your direction. 3. We reorganize and consolidate your storage bins and containers, with optional labeling available upon request. 4. We vacuum the entire garage, including walls, ceiling, and garage door, then mop the floor and offer pressure washing if requested in advance. 5. We wipe down and dust your belongings before bringing them back into the garage. 6. We reorganize the garage to make it clean, functional, and easy to navigate, ensuring everything is placed with accessibility and simplicity in mind. Additional Services: - We can haul away up to 12 cubic yards of trash (about the size of 5 full-size refrigerators) for a flat $249. Or we can place the trash curbside for pickup by your local trash service. - We haul away empty cardboard boxes and donations free of charge, provided the donations are in good condition and accepted by local donation centers. If you're also using our trash haul-away service, donations will be hauled away space permitting. Please Note: - We are unable to haul away paint, chemicals, or anything with Freon (e.g., freezers). - We offer quality, affordable storage solutions on-site, should you need them (optional).
